(#0028 / June 8/26)
As always feel free to share “The Writings of Gerianne” with anyone you feel would be interested in and/or derive benefit from what I write. Just please give my name and website (GBHull.com) as the human author. Also encourage any interested people to subscribe to these send-outs. Thank you.
A Change Has Happened!

Did y'all notice the little name change?
Last week when Kenn Stright posted on Facebook: "Here is a note I received from the writings of Gerianne", I thought: "That's kinda cool. I like that - "The Writings of Gerianne".
I mentioned it to one of my attendants as I was having breakfast. He liked it too. So I decided to adopt Kenn's wording and change "News from Gerianne" to "The Writings of Gerianne". To me, it feels much more open, free, airy, and just... kinda liberating.
It'll take a little time to switch the names, url(s), etc., so you may see a "back & forth" thng for a short time while I update everything.
Babies Are Coming!

A couple months ago, these two pigeons started hanging out on my balcony. I didn't mind at all, so I decided to name them Fred & Wilma! (Yes, inspired from The Flintstones, of course!)

(My neighbour seems to hate them, but they're on my side of the divider, so guess what!? - They're stayin'!)

Well, about a week or so ago, Denzel was looking for exta flower pots, and look what he found!!!

I've been thinking about getting some sort of low maintance new pet for a while now. I guess God brought me two!

When they hatch, I'll likely call them Pebbles and Bamm Bamm!
Surprise Facts About FACTOR

After my latest stone blasting (on April 25) I stumbled onto something, which for me personally, I couldn't have stumbled across at a better time! I'm talking about FACTOR meals.

These are quality nutritious meals that are pre-packed, frozen, and delivered to your door, in a well insulated box. All you do is pop them from your freezer into your microwave.
Honestly, when I decided to try them, I was almost expcting a slightly higher quality "TV Dinners," but boy, was I surprised! These are certainly a MUCH better quality of meals than what I'm used to eating.
I used to "grab on the run" food. I don't have enough "staff hours" to get them to cook "real meals." I used to be a frequent Tim's, Subway, TV dinner junker for several years. NO MORE!!!
With these FACTOR meals, I'm feeling healthier, which is helping me recover from the kidney stone blasting, as well as other things.
I'm estimating my weekly order averages around $120, for about 4 breakfastes and 6 suppers, and I often I have enough left over for a second half meal. (and I usually eat A LOT!) When there's left overs, I simply add a side of something.
If anyone is interested in trying FACTOR, email me. Sometimes FACTOR allows me to send people a link where you can get a free box of meals, but I honestly don't know how long they'll keep doing this.
If you have any questions, just let me know.
Also, if anyone locally would like some good quality individual ice packs, speak up! (They're accumulating fast!)
Until next time, and with love always. - Gerianne
